Want to know more about why you approach things differently than your friends? Do you seek to understand how someone ends up where they do in life? Do you tend to ask questions about different personality types or social norms? If so, studying psychology could be where you want to start your career.
Students can work towards the UAA BA/BS in psychology through a combination of online and in-person classes at KPC, Both degrees offer students a solid foundation for understanding the complexity of human behavior. The baccalaureate program serves those with a general interest in human behavior, careers in mental health, an interest in personal and professional enrichment and an interest in admission to higher levels of education. The BA prepares students for community employment or graduate school, whereas the BS provides a foundation for careers in medicine or neuroscience.
