Technology Resources

KPC provides free high-speed wireless Internet access to its students. The IT staff is available on-site to resolve any technology issues, and there is also an IT HelpDesk hotline specifically designed for questions from students, staff, and faculty. (907-262-0351 or Toll-Free  877-809-0572)

KPC has several computer labs across campuses containing the most popular software programs. Additionally, the Learning Center offers online tutoring resources for math and English and detailed online information on Blackboard, Webmail, and UAOnline.

Students are provided with email accounts and are expected to check them regularly. They are encouraged to use their university emails, not forwarded to external accounts as this will lead to communication issues with their instructors. Support for managing student email accounts is available online.

Computers identified as corrupted or compromised will be banned from KPC networks. Using personal devices alongside KPC equipment can also lead to corruption and may result in a ban from using KPC resources. Additionally, illegal downloading of copyrighted content is prohibited.
